Virgin Mobile has put a speed cap on their pay as you go service. I say they are basically punishing those that can't get unlimited high speed internet and I am sure there are others that agree. If they could at least remove the speed cap for those that have no way of getting unlimited internet I am sure their network won't be to bad as when it was unlimited for me my speed never dropped below 1.3Mbps. So I propose all those that are with me should say they agree and have this forwarded to the proper department in virgin mobile and see if they will work with us. I would hope they actually understand our plea as punishing everyone that has the plan that can't get any other types of internet in their area is kind of harsh if you would ask me. I am in an area in which I can get satellite, dial-up, and mobile broadband. Cable and broadband companies refuse to come to the area and when they say they will come in the area at a specified time it never happens. Sure I can use Satellite like everyone else but the speeds go down to unbearable speeds like slower than dial-up and most of the time cut out in the rain. Sure I could also use dial-up to have just barely bearable speeds but good luck doing much of anything besides just browsing small websites. Also there is mobile broadband which I have now it was the greatest service I have ever had out here that was actually unlimited but after the caps came in the speeds went down to just barely over being able to browse and possibly watch a few youtube videos about 5 minutes long but nothing much more than that. Sure it is better than nothing but you might as well almost call it nothing due to the fact the internet has come a long way and the ISP's are going backwards it seems. Like why should their be speed caps when there is so much information on the web to look at and so many new services coming onto the internet? Like netflix, hulu, as well as any other site that lets you look at the latest tv shows and possibly some old movies. Well this is about all I can think of to add and the best points I can think of to make if anyone has anything to add why not reply so then we can have a more reasons the cap should be removed for those who don't have access to unlimited internet.
