The Vulnerable Road Users act is unsafe and hazardous to all people on the road. We the people of El Paso ask that this act be revoked to protect our fellow citizens. Until bike lanes can be installed into major city streets, bicyclists must resort to riding on the side of the road when around traffic and should not be allowed to ride in the middle of the road as if they were a motor vehicle.
