Fix to the noobtubing hell: Make users who have attached a noobtube unable to use blue perks or atleast unable to use One Man Army!
Everybody hates the one man army noobtubers, IW said they were going to fix it, did they? NO! So heres a solution for the thing every CoD MW2 gamer hates.
