On Aug 19, 2008 I stood in front of Downsview Public School to count the number of fuel tanker trucks that passed by me from 930am-400pm (when children would be attending classes). I counted 53 tanker trucks and videotaped two that went through red lights. I witnessed drivers talking on cell phones, going through paper work or eating.
