This is a universal issue and we need to make the laws tougher on these dead beat parents. No more working off the books, complaining that there are no jobs out there, or finding loop holes in the law. This needs to stop now. The emotional and social impact on children is un-relenting. The financial strain on local and state government agencies and the court systems are just some of issues that can be avoided when both parents are financially supporting their children.
