MVT continues to fail the people who depend on HandyDart while Translink stays silent and hides behind their private contractor. I have been documenting every single complaint we receive because the decision makers at the top cannot keep ignoring the reality of this broken system.

The service has gone downhill so fast since MVT took over. Give it back to Coast Mountain.
Fix this mess. Translink needs to step up and stop letting a private company run things into the ground.
Its not right that these drivers are treated like second class employees. They are lifelines for so many people.
HANDYDART DRIVERS DESERVE BETTER. Stop outsourcing basic transit services to companies that dont care about the people.
My dad relies on this service everyday and the current management is a total joke. Bring them in house already.

About time these guys get treated like everyone else at Translink. They do the hard work for way less pay.
