Name: D'Arcy And Sarah Heath on Oct 17, 2010Comments: To whom it may concern, My wife and I would like to strongly object to the plans relating to 05/01777/PREMLI/119 for the following reasons: 1) This will create noise and disruption to adjacent, residential areas. 2) This will reduce local residents limited parking access on a daily basis, particularly in off-peak hours. 3) This will not enhance or preserve the Conservation framework and the areas local historical character. 4) This will encourage disorderly conduct. 5) This will de-value the area. We are shocked by the proposal's opening times; limited, vague details; and lack of social responsibility given the high proportion of children living in the area. This is not the type of development that enhances the character of the borough, nor improves living conditions and experiences for existing and new residents, visitors and businesses. Rather it will have a negative impact on the areas special architectural character and desirable appearance. Once again, we firmly object to these plans. Sincerely, D'Arcy and Sarah Heath Owners 149 Dorset Road Oval-London SW8 1ALFlag
