164	Elizbeth Hoffman	I don't have any children attending Forest Lakes Elementary but I am still against putting a Kohl's in that location. I believe large trucks using Osborne Parkway would create a huge traffic and safety issue for children attending the school as well as the general public. There are other commercial sites in Forest Hill Kohl's can locate, where there is no elementary school in the vicinity. I personally like the idea of Kohl's locating in Forest Hill, but I believe they can come up with a better site.

172	John Jennings	A 2-story 100K + sq ft. shop is not the best plan for this area. Growth is inevitible but placing something this large that has all the markers of failure will become a hard-to-sell piece of real estate down the road.

179	Adrienne Benner	I don't think a Kohl's store being built beside an elementary school would be a smart idea. This will cause safety issues. There is a huge commercial building not even a mile down the road that would be a more ideal location (old C-Mart), in a commercial area.
