    Comments: Any book about killing someone, or thinking about killing someone, should be evaluated by a psychologist. Not only the people who write the book, but those who edit it. The death's of innocent people should not be used to financially support someone who may or may not have been a part of these senseless murders. Profit from the death of others is morally wrong if it is not to teach others on how to prevent other such deaths. I am ashamed that anyone would have the lack of sense to publish such a work.
