    Comments: We live in Timberland Eststes (owned by Martin Realty) in Porter. The Mexicans out here play their hillbilly loud music all hours Sat. & Sun. night till dawn and they don't care who their neighbors are. Their roosters crow before sunup too the bumbs. Get these Mexican hillbillies out of the subdivision and back to their Mexican trash ghetto where they belong.

    Comments: Whenever common curtiousy fails common sense law enforcement requires of the citizens lawful definition of their moral tolerance and restriction to take action. Where no rule exist to enforce and limitations are undefined certinly violent conflict is enevitable and our peace the price we will pay.

    Comments: I have a neighbor that now for 5 years has been disrespectful, parties in their back yard all the time, if he is not partying keeping us up til 3 or 4 in the morning, his dogs are outside all night log barking. I have tried everything, from talking to him calling the cops, the pound for his dogs, and noone will do ANYTHING!!!

    Comments: We do need a noise ordinance please, before I do something I will go to jail for. People that have no respect for others has all the rights. All they have to do is turn the vol. down but, they will not. As far as dogs, I have a house dog, & when he goes outside to do a job at night, I turn down tv & listen to see if he barks, if he starts, I go out & shut him up. All counties need a noise ordinance. I am pleased to sign this petition.

    Comments: I just moved into some condos and the neighbors play their music so loud I can't sleep and it's bothering my kids as well. It's hard to believe there's nothing we can do about it! I talked to them, they said they'd turn it down if it's too loud but so far they just keep it up. How can this possibly be legal???
