to the community surding 22 water st the tenets who reside on the 2rd. floor have been disrupting the pieceful nature of the neighborhood they have had out of control parties, loud music all hours arrrrrrrrguments, vandalisume,trash thown all over the propertie, and acts of violence tords others in the neighberhood the milford police have been called on several times. with no reel resault our neighberhood was pieceful and know do to there acttions and complete disgard for others around them petition needs to be inforced.
