The highway noise in our community at Elan Condomium in Fair Oaks, Virginia from Interstate-66 is too loud. We the residents and neighbors of Elan Condomium would like a noise barrier installed on both sides of I-66. We understand that the effectiveness of the noise barrier requires building a barrier on both sides of the road. We would also like noise reducing pavement used on the roads as well, if necessary.
