There is a law about noise disruption between the hours of 7am and 11pm at night. Despite many sites stating that the police have the power to do something about this they do not. Environmental health in some area's including (south holland district council) log the complaint then read it the next working day so yet again nothing is done yet some district council's such as kesteven will send someone out to measure the noise level. I will be sending this petition to our local MP in the hope that those areas where nothing is enforced change their protocol so something is done
