   Comments: HDNL are ridiculous - they lie about whether or not they have been, their depots are inconvenient, their call line is overpriced with long queues on hold, and their customer service is rubbish - I cannot manage to get a parcel from them correctly and in good time! When I complain to Amazon they say they've had no complaints about HDNL - why is there an online petition then!

   Comments: I have had extremely poor service twice from HDNL. When possible I avoid buying large parcels from Amazon, as I can't be sure of receiving them without a lot of hassle.

    Comments: worst company i have ever had to deal with. No cards through the door, premium rate telephone number, do not give out the local depots number, blatant lies over the phone and on their tracking site and to top it off "lost a mobile phone and a 40 inch lcd tv (which were sent in separate packages,what a coincedence). I have also found out from a friend who works for a local courier company that hdnl use individuals in unmarked privately owned vehicles in my area(how professional!).

    Comments: When 'successful', HDNL leave parcels at insecure or inappropriate locations (e.g. wheelie bin) without even leaving a card stating that they've done so. Caling them when delivery fails is expensive and they're often impossible to contact.
