I've read about too many people having items destroyed, stolen or simply lost by Home Delivery Network Ltd. Amazon have received numerous complaints but have so far refused to stop using this company of their deliveries. Until they do we will be doing our Internet shopping elsewhere.

Ian, United Kingdom2 years ago Comments: 4 seperate delivieres expected from this company. i have had to collect 3 of them myself. The fourth is becoming hard to get as they are not answereing the phone. Their drivers dont answer the phone to the call centre (when you can get through to them). What hope does a customer have when the company cannot get hold of their own drivers. Gave my phone number and details of how to get to house in case of difficulties. Statement from company Director saying they have invested in tecnical tools, driver training. Simple communications would be a start as would simple customer service. Not im sorry i cant get hold of the driver for 3 hours. When they do, he is back at the depot and knocked off for the day at 315pm. I have now asked that our deliveries go by different courier, if the shop in question cannot do this, i dont order from them. Amazon, Asda, O2: the apologies do nothing for disappointed family members. two weeks still no parcel. Cancelling order today!!
