Name: Robert A And JoAnn Ruggeri on Jan 29, 2008Comments: The development of this project is rediculous and devastating for the area. The additional tax that we gain does nothing for the residents. What about the traffic probemsIt took Al Paul years to reroute the traffic to be able to control traffic. How do you propose to do that Please kill this utterly meaningless project.Flag

Name: Renee Morrell on Jan 30, 2008Comments: In addition to the reasons posted on the website nogasstation.com, I am completely opposed to having a car wash and gas station at 2216 Warrensville Rd. We already have a gas station very close on Warrensville, near John Carroll. There are also THREE at Cedar and Green. AND WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER CAR WASH IN THAT AREA!!! I am so flabbergasted that anyone would even think about doing this. It would be a blight on this lovely part of our city that the Council has done such a fine job beautifying. Please don't allow this to happen. I cannot express my dissatisfaction enough.Flag

Name: David L. Morrell on Jan 30, 2008Comments: I am shocked that UH city council would even consider putting another car wash near Cedar/Warrensville. It is just outrageous. The Whole Foods and University Square complexes are very attractive and upscale, and I think a gas station / car wash would be detrimental to the charm of the area. University Heights already has a gas station right down the road at John Carroll and one at Cedar and Green. Why build another one And with Al Paul right there, why would our neighborhood need another one It would get little business, I am convinced. I am completely against this idea and will be attending the council meeting on Monday to express my dissatisfaction.Flag
