Duane, Leland, and Tim Chapman risked their own life in June of 2003 to do what our own government could not do, and captured a convicted rapist, who, going by the evidence found in his room, was going to continue raping women. It is our opinion that these men deserve a metal, NOT extradition. We ask that our American Governement support the Chapman men and refuse to extradite them to Mexico, where it is very possible they will not receive a fair trial.
