Name: Jesus H. Christ on Jul 19, 2007Comments: I DO NOT SUPPORT THIS GOD-DAMN PETITION! You kids really need to suck it the hell up! You have gotten me, Jesus, SO PISSED OFF that I have to resort to saying "hell" and "God-damn." Other schools have clear backpacks just like yours will, so you're not the only ones. Don't feel special, BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please, could you just stop being a bunch of spoiled rotten brats You should be focusing more on helping to stop crises around the world such as the genocide in Darfur. It was your decision to smuggle the drugs and alcohol into your GOD-DAMNED school, so you should have to pay the price for what you did. P.S. GROW THE GOD-DAMNED HELL UP, YOU DUMB ASS KIDS!Flag

Name: Renee Campanell on Jul 19, 2007Comments: This new policy is ineffective and pathetic at the same time. The admin. need to realize that this rule will create many more problems in the long run. And yes, Wissahickon should be ashamed of their actions. If they think we are following this rule, prove them wrong. Not only are forced to pay for clear back packs, but most are sold out anyway. Who says everyone is able to pay for it anyway We will fight for our rights.Flag

Name: Valentina M. Nicolo on Jul 20, 2007Comments: I think that, personally, the backpacks would break in a few weeks because of the load of book we are inclined to carry. I believe that we the students and parents of Wissahickon Senior High School would consider a compromise for this issue. Maybe a more strict dress code, not allow baggy clothing and large bags over a certain size would not be permitted. my main consern is that these plastic backpacks do not have enough support for the heavy books i need to carry. this would result in back pains and more trips to the Chiropractor, resulting in more money spent by my parents. Please consider our request.Flag
