Comments: These subjects do not deserve calm, collective comments anymore. WTF!! is wrong with this country now Bush and his religious army of Republicans have no respect for the constitution. I can understand FM/AM radio, as well as regular TV, although regulations should not be religiously justified, yeah, remember that thing, the constitution But I pay for cable television and for my internet access, you the government have no right to tell me what I can and can't watch on these medias.

Comments: I am tired of the fcc running my life and what I can watch. what we need to do is instill the ability to judge for them selves into our children not control them. I don't want to live in a nation that moves to control everything in my life.

Comments: The FCC is unconstitutional no matter what the supreme court rules. It violates the first amendment to boot. Why do we let polititions tell us what is right and wrong The independent American person needs to decide what is right and wrong.

Comments: "Congress shall make no law... abridging the freedom of speech." This says nothing about obscenity, indecency or profanity. The FCC is an unconstitutional bureaucracy that should be disbanded immediately.
