   Comments: If the proposed cameras come into play, I will have to drive approx 10 miles from Girton through Oakington, Dry Drayton and Madingley to get to the University Park and Cycle car park on Madingley Road (a 2 mile drive at the moment) to catch the Univ 4 bus to Addenbrookes, adding 50mins onto my return journey each day. There is aalso the cost/use of fuel for the extra journey. I thought the idea was to reduce congestion and not clog up the outskirts of Cambridge because people are having to make long detours so that they don't pay large amounts of money each day getting to work.

   Comments: I work at Addenbrookes therefore getting to work and back would mean I had to pay to go to work. I cant get the bus due to the shift patterns I complete. I feel it is unfair to charge the congestion charge to people who have no option but to go into the congestion charge area and use their cars.

   Comments: The Cambridge Congestion Charge idea is an insult to everyone who lives and/or works in Cambridge. You take enough of our money already. If it is passed, Cambridge will become a ghost town as many people will not be able to afford to come to the city to shop or work. Idiots!

    Comments: I commute around the city, a car is essential for me. I fear creeping restrictions on freedom in the UK. It will impact me eventually if it starts in the city. I DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGED ANY MORE TO DRIVE MY CAR. I AM CHARGED FAR TOO MUCH ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Comments: The boundaries of the congestion charge are crazy! I work on the science park, litterally 10 seconds inside of the boundary. to charge me an extra £100 month (at least) to get to work Ridiculous. I understand a congestion charge for the city centre, but the whole of Cambridge is nothing but revenue seeking.
