19 Jill AndersonPlease take action. This is a serious health concern for all families. Our children shouldn't be digging up cigarette butts in the local playgrounds or have to avoid outdoor areas because of smokers. I am a mother and Glendale homeowner. I find it unacceptable that I have to take preventative measures to avoid smokers and their trash. What about my rights? Sincerely, Jill Anderson

24 Noelle MillienAs the parent of an asthmatic child, I am a strong proponent of an open spaces smoking ban. And my future support of city council members will be reflective of how they address this issue.

28 Rachel McClementsI have 2 children aged 3 and 5, I don't want them to have to inhale other people's smoke. I don't want to have to worry about the health of their lungs. Smoking is a dirty, smelly, unhealhty habit, I don't want to have to breathe in someone elses cancer causing fumes when my family walks around in Glendale. Every smoker chooses to light up a cigarette and smoke, I don't have a choice about whether I breathe in those fumes. Please ban smoking!
