| 1 | Joan Deaver | No paving over our people. |
| 2 | Barbara Sparks | The "No Build" is the only alternative. |
| 3 | Frank Sparks | "No Build" is the only way to go. As it is at present, we cannot get out of our development(s) during the tourist season. |

| 5 | les aaron-friedlieb | We believe that the burden has been cleverly shifted from a Government agency that has failed to anticipate or act on our needs to the vulnerable public who's only saving grace is the ability to make its position widely known |

| 7 | Elaine Johnson | Due to the research, there is no justification for a Parkway. I am against any and all Road to Nowhere.
Sincerely, elaine johnson |
| 8 | Virginia Walls Lewis | We must protect our neighborhoods; a definite "no build" for the Western Parkway. |

| 10 | MANDELL K. SHANKEN,ESQ. | No one benefits and I doubt that even the developers would benefit. For now and forseeable future the improvements to RTE 1 should suffice.
I am not a road planner, but perhaps you can study out the possibiity of another north-south expressway with no or limited number of exits to give another alternative and quicker way for travellers heading for points south of Rehoboth Beach.

| 13 | Lana | I aoopose the Western Parkway and believe that it will not solve the traffic problems. Plantation Road is congested during the summer, especially on weekend. Route 24 already has congestion and where is it going to go. I favor "no build." |
| 14 | Roberta Hemmerich | There has been too much left unsaid and quite frankly many of us have little faith in DELDOT at this point in time. Personally, I'd like to see current projects completed before any further proposals are put before us. |
| 15 | Loretta B. Mahan | The idea of a road that will help us move our traffic into the future is a good one. The suggestions made for its implimentation don't make any sense. Let's pay attention to the details and design a road that corrects the problem not aggrevate the problem. |

| 17 | Ella L. Menser | Please stop using catch phrases like "this will increase local mobility" and that this EXPRESSWAY is for the "local" community. We, the locals, are not the naive community you take us for. We all know that the Parkway intrusion is for the "hoped-for" developments that the Sussex County Council is unfortunately in favor of, much to the dismay of the local community, and that only "developers" will benefit from implementing the Parkway plans.
One good thing has come out of all of the Parkway proposals and that is we, the locals, are now energized to try and save our community from over- development and we will be going to the polls in force to let our voices be heard come election time, not only for Sussex County Council but for other elected officials as well. |

| 23 | Bonnie Heebner | I am discussed with the way Sussex County Council has not done better in preserving our land nor the amount of homes that are planned to go into this area. We don't need any more roads just so the builders can keep building. They should have to pay for all of It! |
| 24 | E. Jean Walker | I was born in Dagasboro, De. and even though I have lived away for years my family still lives in and around Milton, where we were raised. The town is not the same, it has grown too fast. When we were growing up children could go anywhere safely, every one knew everyone. Don't build a Parkway that is good for out of state beach goers and bad for the citizens of Sussex county, Please. Do what's best for citizens, not strangers. |
| 25 | tony d'amico jr | we don't need more traffic here. |
| 26 | Nancy Craft | I am opposed to the Western Parkway. |
