I am so sad and shocked that hunting bears is even happening. With all the fires the bears are struggling and now they need to run for their lives.

There is absolutely no management rationale for allowing bear hunting. The only rationale provided by NDOW is hunter opportunity, i.e., trophy hunting. This must end. Keep the bears alive and wild.

Coexistence with wildlife is what the majority of people desire in this country. Only 6% of people hunt; we must move into the 21st century and embrace a conservation ethic that does not exploit bears.

Please stop Nevada's Black Bear Trophy Hunt. Nevada's small bear population does not need to be manage by hunting them.

No more hunting bears or use of dogs its cruel and not right animale abuse

Bear hunts are absolutely disgusting. Strongly opposed.

Don't take it out on the bears because us humans have encroached on their land. Bears should be revered not killed. Texas used to have our own species of bear unique to our state and no where else. They were all hunted into extinction. We miss them now, but there's nothing we can do. Don't make the same mistake we did. Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you got until it's gone?
