No to Baby Think It Over

The petition

The Baby Think It Over assignment (a 24 hour parenting assignment in social science/family studies) is such a large, routine changing assignment that I feel it is not right for the school to force it upon students. It requires alot of time, effort and out of school work that you do not find in any other assignment. It is not your regular assignment either. It requires you to take home a piece of technology capable of acting like a real baby. The baby makes it nearly impossible to complete any of the normal tasks (homework, sports, etc.) without disruption. For more info on the baby itself visit www.realityworks.com/. The school should not expect students to alter their lives so that they can be graded on parenting skills while we're only 14. Do you agree?
