The game may evolve with rule changes and interpretations but it doesn't have to evolve and affect the tradition and history of a club

It is our contention that the AFL has erred in mandating multiple guernseys for AFL clubs (in particular Essendon, Collingwood, Richmond & Carlton). We feel this option disrespects the traditions of the game and those who love it.

We the undersigned request the AFL rescind this mandate and that other options should be sought to provide alternate solutions to suggested jumper clashes.
