On September 17th, 2011, at approximately 10:12pm, via a mobile device, Facebook user Noah Lapeyre promised multiple other users on the site that he would conduct a truth is. This promise was largely ignored by the accused. This petition is to display the mass upset of the general public, and a plea for Noah to follow through on his promise.
