NOAA recently seized a 881-pound tuna when Carlos Rafeal returned to port because their regulations state that tuna can only be caught with a rod and reel. Carlos and his crew were actually using nets to catch bottom-dwellers when they inadvertently snagged the tuna. This just goes to show that even when a higher power may be looking out for us, and may deliver a blessing to our front door, a dark opposing force (aka the government) is standing by to snatch it away. The government continues to take from the people, but let's tell them that we've had enough. Let's collect the signatures and let the NOAA know that the public does not approve of their actions, and that we want to proceeds of the sale to go to the rightful owner. The power starts with the people...it's time the we all realize that and take it back.
