The area residents are looking to present a petition to registering our issues with the 639 - 645 Lawrence Avenue West - Zoning By-Law Amendment Application This application proposes a four storey stacked townhouse building with 40 residential units and one level of underground parking at 639 - 645 Lawrence Avenue West. The proposed building would have a height of 14 metres and a density of 1.73 times the area of the lot. A total of 40 parking spaces are proposed. Having spoken with several City employees, it was suggested that as a neighbourhood we submit a petition that represents those that feel the development will have a negative effect on the quality of living in the area. Traffic, shading of yards, increased flooding risk and parking are some of the issues. With this petition we hope that Josh Colle will work with the residents to maintain our quality of life.

Steven Gold, Canada2 years ago Comments: Have met with councellor Colle on this development. Mainly traffic, height, garbage and privacy issues. It seems, and I hope, he is concerned about our feeling on this project.
