There is a possibility that a man who is currently being charged with raping a mentally disabled woman may be seeking residency in the 17362 area or in your area. He has not yet been convicted of this crime but is awaiting trial. Local newspapers stated that he admitted to the offense in a charging document filed with the PA State Police.
