No More Scammers on HorseLand

The petition

Are you tired of getting scammed out of high-pointed young horses and money on horseland,and then finally finding a mod to help(notice there is a lack of those lately!!)Only to discover that they CAN'T DO ANYTHING??Well, this petition is to change that. Currently,mods and HL do NOT have the power to ban players for stealing money or horses.But this petition is about to change all that.Come on people. Help us honest players who earn our money the hard way,not by scamming people.When you sign,please leave your player number on horseland. Thank you for your time.
One more thing. This petition is also comprised of people who wish horseland would come up with a method of proving that someone was scammed.
PLEASE NOTE:YES,THERE ARE WAYS OF PROVING THAT YOU GOT SCAMMED!!!!You can take screenshots of the evidence,and send the untouched screenshots to a mod or horseland staff. - they need to make a whole new way for people for transfer and train without the horse/dog in question actually changing hands. [delete]
