We the undersigned have the right to choose to not use a smart meter. The Smart meter was in the news 1/3/10 for having adverse health effects due to the radiation it emits. As it stands Pacific Gas & Electric is the only major power company for the west coast creating no avenue to pursue an alternate company. PG&E should not hold the power of choice for any one persons health or home. Please sign and pass on this petition. We need to stand up together for our rights, our freedom of liberty and justice for all.
