This position expresses our opposition to the City of Siloam Springs' operating either Cable TV or Cable internet service. We support the private operation of Cable TV and Cable internet services in Siloam Springs. Reasons: Current service offers: Cable Telephone Service 24/7 Tech Support for internet customers Video On Demand Virus Protection Software Frequent coaxial updates to the latest standard Web Hosting Providing all of these services would likely be prohibitively expensive for a small city government. A large corporation can provide them much more efficiently and cheaply.
