| 303 | Anonymous | Ridiculous. In present times when people are lucky to have jobs and many taking wage cuts this is just another way of taxing motorists. I drive to Bromley every day and there is very little congestion. My journal from Biggin Hill to Bromley only takes 20-25 minutes. |

| 305 | J B | Congestion charging would cause problems for the staff at our office which is situated just outside Bromley. Various staff have very poor public transport access and adding extra costs would make things worse financially as they have no other options but to drive. |
