    Comments: My upstairs neighbor drops audio turds on me daily with his subwoofed "music," which comes right through my ceiling, and cannot be kept out with earplugs or headphones, I still her/feel it. He also drives a car with it even louder so that it shakes my entire apt bldg when he comes and goes, he is such an idiot, The logic of it escapes me entirely, to purposely disturb others, I think he should be imprisoned for it, and yet he remains freee.

    Comments: Even as I write this I am listening to the background thumping of someone's stereo. This has been going on all evening. Weekends, holidays; it's like putting up with a nagging toothache, you know it's there but it's hard to pinpoint exactly where it is which makes it really hard to fix. If the noise is close enough I literally will get a stomach ache. Please help to put a stop to this problem.

    Comments: i have gotten tag number and description of vehicle in fact it only down the street where i live i have caled police, i have talked to the driver of the car, they said they would stop, police said they look into it, and they havent done anythign !! this guy continues to come in the neighborhood with a boom box pumping away ! and yet according to city law that is not permitted but its not enforced at all !!

They are extremely annoying and piss people off who just want to home home from work and watch some tv in peace, or eat dinner in peace, or do anything in peace. Nobody should have to put up with it. Making thumping noises from your car or house is not necessary or cool and you are just being a dick to the people around you.

It's the constantness of it. If i could afford it I would move away because I know this would not be tolerated in other neighborhoods. Do I not deserve to relax on a Sunday as well?
