Please support this petition opposing the development of an apartment complex at 9306 Narcoossee Road Orlando Florida behind the CVS on Narcoossee Road and Dowden Road and for opposing the Orlando Municipal Planning Board Decision for Case #'s GMP2012-00010 and ZON2012-00010 for changing the city's master plan and zoning to support the development of the 9306 apartment complex.
Residents are opposed to being adversely affected with
- increased crime
- additional burden on the school system
- increased transients
- decreased property value
- increased traffic within the neighborhood.
