The last thing we need is to allow someone to come in and raise the rates to park, which I believe will happen, because it would be hard to regulate it. Also, the quality of service would go down and parking is already a challenge at times. The way I see it, this would only cause a lot of problems to a system that is running fairly smoothly and cost effective.Flag
