Please join the citizens of Youngtown in their effort to stop the mining project in the dry river bed adjacent to the city. The proposed mine and aggregate plant to be constructed by the Olive Avenue LLC and Salt River Mining Group threatens the quality of life in Youngtown. The project will take place only 200 feet from residents homes, thus creating pollution from dust and fossil fuels, excessive noise, and, in the long run, decrease home values further.
