Living right by the river I see how much trash and debris ends up in the floodway anyway. A toll road makes no sense in a place that is perpetually underwater during the spring.
Keep the river natural. We dont need more concrete and traffic down there.
so tired of city hall pushing projects nobody asked for.
NO TOLL ROAD. DONT RUIN THE PARK SPACE.
this is such a waste of money when the roads we have are already falling apart. fix the potholes first.

The flood plane has been flooded for almost a month. Every time it does this we will be buying it all over again with repair costs. If we can't afford it once, how can we afford it after every flood?
