WE, THE UNDER SIGNED, DO HEREBY PETITION ALL IMPACTED GOVERNMENTAL BODIES TO DENY THE REQUEST OF TRAVIS COUNTY ESD #2 FOR AN OVERLAY DISTRICT ESD #2A.
This petition voices the opposition to the creation of ESD#2a.
ESD#2 collects taxes at the rate of $.10/$100 value of your home. $160,000 = $160 in taxes with NO EXEMPTIONS. If ESD#2A is approved, this will double to $320 per year ($160 X 2) out of pocket.
