We the residents of Riverdale, and Dolton ILL would like a no train horn blowing policy to be put in order due to the fact the freight trains blow their horns all night long . We are home owners and working people . I have been here for twenty two years and this problem has not always been an  issue . Is it really to much to ask not to hear trains blowing at 3:00 in the morning.
