You need to do more than just sit ups (there are 6 types of ab work outs you can do at home which hit each muscle group) and push ups work part of your biceps and mostly your chest. You can do dips to work your triceps, but really you want to pick up some dumb bells if you want to look muscular.Flag

Name: Shivani on Jun 6, 2012Comments: 26/04/2011 at 5:58 amI agree, that the Ouija is starnge.Once my sstier and I made one up when I was 13 and when the glass moved it freaked us out . I think the room even felt a little colder.I also did this around 25 yrs old just after uni with 2 other firends and the glass denfinitely moved so light were our three fingers on it. The fact that this freaked 3 adults, makes me very deeply and I think says on a gut level we are getting a warning.I would not use one again and even said to my teenage son these are dangerous'. I like the other above worry about the blogger Marc who says the Ouija board is your friend. The more i have read that this is a possible entry for other entities and I think they need our permission to enter and unknowingly Ouija users are doing this whether they realise it or not.Every once in a while I surround myslef with layers of white, ,emerald and vermillion light for protection. Just read the holographic universe and you realise we are energy beings. The universe is interacting with us on so many levels.Flag
