Consultation is currently taking place on the proposed development of land North of Poplars Way, Beverley. The consultation lasts until 30 September. We are asking for support to our objections to the proposals. WHY ..88 new houses accessed through Poplars Way, already a conjested and narrow development, we feel would cause significant safety issues for local children. The entrance to the new development will be situated next to the children's park. Not only that, local children enjoy playing together in the small streets and roads that surround the proposed entrance to the site. Road safety issues are already a major concern, where a 20mile speed restriction is in place. We feel that it would be irresponsible and potentially lead to serious safety issues for our families if the building work was to be approved. SAFE STREETS for our children is our priority please support us in voicing your objections by signing our petition.
