On November 30, 2012 around 12:30pm, I was a victim of verbal abuse by telephone conversations. My center counselor, Judy Pultz and field counselor, Rita Ross at the Arkansas Career Training Institute in Hot Springs, AR have been threatening me and have been constantly accusing me as a violent person, which was not true. I would never intend to threaten anybody at all. Also, I haven't done anything wrong. I was never told by either one that I would be moving to Bentonville, AR nor telling me anything about the apartment or mentioning of me having a roommate 2 days before I moved, which was November 20, 2012. I was wrongfully forced to quit my job at Abilities Unlimited for no reason. I was threatened by Mrs. Pultz and Mrs. Ross that they would call the police on me if I ever came back at ACTI, even just to visit, because they think I am violent. Besides, I'm an ACTI alum so I should be able to come back and visit if I choose to. They do not know how to talk to a client, especially I was one. No client should be treated like I have been for over a year. They have caused me to be depressed and being forced to lose the job that I loved the most. That's not a way to treat a client that has been a great student. So, my fellow ACTI friends and former students, if you believe that those two ungrateful people should lose their jobs and you want to be treated fairly, sign this petition. Because you should be treated like a person, not an object.
