I have a grandson that lives with his mother, grandparents, uncle who all SMOKE.... I have complained holler, advised, with health warning, statistic, but, what can I do once they get in the car strap him in car seat they light a cigarette. I know that there is talk about citing drivers who smoke with children under the age of eight in a car, I don't think that there is enough voices out there. Second hand smokes increases the chance of having behavior problems, mental delayed, adhd, cancer by 50% and children don't have a say. We have to be the voices of the children who don't have any....If my grandson could express himself I am sure he would say...I don't want a cigarrette. Lets sign a petion and get a law in place!!
