We repeatedly see serious sex offenders and child sex offenders released into the community .When they offend again it seems the authorities are not surprised .This is ridiculous and the public has a right to protection from known serial sex offenders .Its pointless imprisoning them again when they shouldnt have ever been released in the first place .The public need protecting far better than is now the cae .Children are at risk from known paedophiles and adults from serial rapists.act now please.Mkae the government listen .I need a zillion signatures so get cracking .
