The administration keeps ignoring us but the emails I get from staff and students tell me we are right to keep pushing. It is exhausting work to keep this momentum going while they pretend we are not here. I am still here and I am not backing down.

A university should be a place where good will, open discussion, generosity, and freedom prevail. May this be the case at UEL.
we halted compulsory redundancies in 1998, we can do it again. It is the most shortsighted strategy to adopt in a University.

My students were confused by poorly designed survey items that were clearly designed by the dean of school to collect information to use against lecturing staff.
