Comments: When the public is so against a project and the First Selectman is for it - to the point that everyone is asking "Why!?" - one has to question the decisions being made in town hall. No for Tabor - because officials are supposed to act on the will of the people and especially in this case, the residents, who have overwhelmingly spoken out against the move.

Comments: The Tabor property is not the right place for public works. The "big truck"s would go through areas with children,families and let's not forget the environment hit for birds. there are commercial,industrial areas where this facility should be placed. Let's keep the cost down this time also. No one ever said public works does a good job. This has nothing to do with the expense and placement of the building.

Comments: I live on Toole Drive. I was appalled to watch the Meeting on public access where a selectman stated some people on Toole Drive want public works here. No one asked me. I say NO! I haven't talked to one neighbor on this street, or nearby streets that want it. I just bought this house it is my legacy for my children and you are now threatening the value of my property. I have always supported Unk DaRos. Now I feel betrayed.
