Public being ripped off by Heritage Lottery Fund, Arts Council England & Local Councils supporting outrageously stupid art installations costing millions that serve no public good & are worthless ugly ornaments. Also stop funding con-artist artists who produce works with no relation to or skill of art - just talked-up hype to further lining their own pockets.
