When an individual pays for a service/product, said individual should be given an acceptable amount of support on the purchased product/services and definitely reasonable unrestricted access to the service/product in question.

We are all customers of Zynga Games and we have been trying to get our money and time's worth from the services that was offered by Zynga games. Till date Zynga games have toyed with our patience, time and money. The services they offered are crippled and riddled with problems that they have not taken the initiative to solve.

 If we do not mass our voices, we will not be heard!! Sign this petition and pledge never to pay a single cent to Zynga games until which time they brush up their support and provide better quality services!

Paying for services we cannot make use of is fraudulent. Ignoring your customers is lunacy!!
