Mr. Walker is a retired history teacher who is a frequent sub at Van Wert High School. Although he is passionate about history, many students find him as a distraction to the educational process. He engages in conversations and then scolds students for talking. He constantly is bringing up irrelevant topics into the classroom and often times prohibits students from doing what the actual teacher would like the students to do.
